Intro to Static Trapeze

Have you wanted to try static trapeze and never had the chance? Trapeze newbies, this class is for you!
We'll do a quick warm up on the ground, some injury prevention exercises for the shoulders and learn skills in the air on the static trapeze.
Prerequisite: Be in a healthy place with your shoulders; no previous aerial experience necessary.
