Intro to Static Trapeze

@ Albuquerque Aerialist Collective, 1715 5th St NW Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102



Have you wanted to try static trapeze and never had the chance? Trapeze newbies, this class is for you!

We'll do a quick warm up on the ground, some injury prevention exercises for the shoul­ders and learn skills in the air on the sta­tic trapeze.

Prerequisite: Be in a healthy place with your shoulders; no previous aerial experience necessary.
